We ensure all services are described accurately, with clear pricing and terms, available in Arabic (plus other languages if desired).

There are no hidden or harmful terms, and we do not reserve the unilateral right to amend these Terms without notice, in alignment with UAE law prohibiting “harmful terms”
3. Valuation & Sales Process

Valuations are based on real-time UAE market data and are free and non-binding. Final offers are confirmed after physical inspection.

We comply with provisions regarding warranties, defects, and consumer remedies, including potential repair, replacement, or refund if the vehicle’s condition doesn’t match the description.
4. Payment, Transfer & Documentation

Payments are via secure bank transfer within 48 hours of finalization.

We handle RTA ownership transfers and provide warehousing documentation clearly, including your rights around defects or disputes

You receive a proper invoice in Arabic (and optionally in English) with details like our trade name, address, service provided, price, and date.
5. Privacy, Data Use & Security

We comply with Federal Decree‑Law No. 45 of 2021 on data protection: personal data is processed securely and never used for marketing without consent.

You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
6. Platform Transparency & Consumer Support

We publicly display essential details such as licensing, contact, complaint procedures, and feedback mechanisms as required by the Digital Commerce Law.

A clear and accessible complaints process is available, and we strive to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
7. Liability & Prohibited Practices

We do not use clauses that limit your statutory consumer rights or impose disproportionate penalties (as required by UAE law).

Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Electronic Transactions

Our platform supports secure digital contracts using legally recognised electronic signatures under Federal Decree‑Law No. 46 of 2021.

We maintain high standards for electronic security and are compliant with trust service provider requirements.
9. Amendments

These terms may be updated, but such updates will never be retroactive and will not include unilateral changes that could harm consumers. We will inform users of any changes in compliance with the UAE law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

In case of disputes, you may file a complaint through channels such as the Dubai Consumer Protection Department (via WhatsApp) for fast and fair resolution.
